CreatorBuddy (the “Service”) is operated by Udit Gupta, an individual based in India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.
You must also meet the minimum age and account requirements of every platform you connect (for example, Instagram requires users to be at least 13).
CreatorBuddy helps creators plan, publish and manage content and conversations on social media accounts they connect. Features evolve over time; features marked “rolling out” or similar are not yet generally available and may change or never launch.
Keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You connect social accounts through official sign-in (OAuth). You can disconnect them at any time from Settings.
You keep ownership of everything you upload, create or publish through the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, format and publish that content on your behalf, only as needed to operate the Service for you.
You confirm you have the rights needed for any content you upload, publish or repurpose — including music, footage and media you obtain from other sources.
You must follow the terms, policies and community guidelines of each platform you connect — including Meta’s Instagram Terms of Use and Platform Terms, and, where applicable, Google’s and other platforms’ terms.
The media downloader is provided for content you own or are authorized to use. Downloading or reposting other people’s content without permission may infringe their rights and the source platform’s terms; you are solely responsible for how you use downloaded media.
Automated replies, scheduled posts and AI-generated drafts run according to the rules and settings you configure. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate — review your automations, use approvals and guardrails where accuracy matters, and remain responsible for what is published or sent from your accounts.
Don’t use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, harass or mislead people, impersonate others, publish unlawful or infringing content, collect people’s data without a lawful basis, or try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the security of the Service or any connected platform.
You can start for free. If we introduce paid plans, prices, limits and billing terms will be shown before you subscribe, and we will give notice before changing the price of an active plan.
The Service relies on third parties such as Meta (Instagram), Google (Drive), Supabase (hosting and database) and AI model providers. Their availability, API limits and policy changes are outside our control and may affect features.
You may stop using the Service and delete your data at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, a connected platform’s rules or the law, or that put the Service or other users at risk.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of uninterrupted operation, specific results, reach or growth, or that the Service will be error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or followers. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or INR 5,000.
You agree to compensate us for claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your automations, or your breach of these Terms or of a connected platform’s rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with an updated date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
